1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 GMT (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email acknowledgement. A second email with dispatch details and tracking information will follow when your goods leave our warehouse.

2. Delivery Areas

  • Mainland UK: We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes (England, Scotland & Wales).
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: Service is available on request; additional charges and extended lead times may apply.
  • International Shipping: Export shipments can be arranged by quotation—please contact us for pricing, duties, and documentation requirements.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Standard Pallet Courier: Ideal for large-case or full-pallet orders.
  • Road Freight (LTL / FTL): For very large quantities—contact us to discuss your requirements.
  • Express Courier: Next-day delivery for smaller, urgent orders (subject to weight and service availability).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Based on total weight, pallet count, and destination.
  • Free Delivery: Mainland UK orders over £500 (ex VAT) qualify for free standard pallet shipping.
  • Additional Charges: Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, or international destinations incur bespoke freight rates.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
  • You can track your delivery on the carrier’s website or via our customer portal.

7. Packaging & Handling

  • Palletised & Wrapped: All cases are securely shrink-wrapped to pallets.
  • Protective Materials: Fragile items are cushioned with padding to minimise transit damage.

8. Failed Delivery & Returns

  • Failed Delivery: If no one is available to sign for your goods, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return to depot. Re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Damages & Shortages: Inspect goods immediately on arrival. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours to support@perfectpays.co.uk or +44 74 6608 7025.
  • Return of Goods: Unwanted, unopened items may be returned only by prior agreement within 7 days. A 15% handling fee applies.
