1. Definitions

  • “You/Your/Customer” refers to any person or business placing an order with Perfectpays Ltd.
  • “Products” means the beverages and confectionery items offered by Perfectpays Ltd at wholesale rates.

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website or by written agreement. Any additional or different terms proposed by you are expressly rejected unless agreed in writing by an authorised Perfectpays Ltd representative.

3. Ordering & Acceptance

  1. Placing an Order: All orders must be placed via our website or by email/phone.
  2. Order Confirmation: We will send you an email acknowledgment. Your order is only accepted once we issue a dispatch confirmation.
  3. Minimum Order Quantities: Some Products may be subject to minimum pallet or case quantities—please check product pages for details.

4. Pricing & Payment

  1. Prices: All prices are quoted in GBP and exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full prior to dispatch unless you have an approved credit account. For credit account holders, payment terms are 30 days net.
  3. Methods: We accept BACS transfer, credit/debit card, and approved trade accounts.
  4. Late Payment: Late payments incur interest at 4% per annum above Bank of England base rate, applied daily until paid.

5. Delivery

  1. UK-Wide Delivery: We deliver across mainland UK.
  2. Dispatch Times: Orders received before 12 noon (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched same-day; otherwise dispatch is next working day.
  3. Delivery Charges: Shown at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  4. Risk & Title: Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery; title remains with us until payment is received in full.

6. Returns & Refunds

  1. Shortages & Damage: You must inspect Products on delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any damage, shortages, or incorrect items.
  2. Returns: Unopened, undamaged Products may be returned within 7 days by prior arrangement. A 15% handling fee applies.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund (minus any handling fees) within 14 days to your original payment method.

7. Product Information & Liability

  1. Descriptions: We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not warrant they are error-free.
  2. Allergies & Ingredients: It is your responsibility to check allergen and nutritional information before ordering.
  3. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total price paid for the relevant Products.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos and data on our website are the property of Perfectpays Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you place an order or contact us.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
